satisfied with your purchase, we will consider a return or exchange in

Our Return Policy
We accept return or
exchange requests only within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Requests submitted after 14 calendar days will not be considered.
Only products in their
original packaging, undamaged and unused in any way, are eligible for return or
exchange. Our products do not have protective film sealing; therefore, any sign
of use is determined through visual and technical inspection of the bottle,
atomizer, and packaging. Products showing signs of use are not eligible for
return.
Products that are
damaged or defective upon delivery may be returned for exchange or refund.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us on the day of delivery to
report the issue and provide photographs. The company reserves the right to
determine whether the product qualifies for return or exchange based on the
information provided and inspection results.
Returns are accepted
only for products purchased through the official website salmanzade.com.
Refunds will be issued solely to the original purchaser and to the same payment
method used for the initial transaction.
Products purchased at
a discount, made-to-order items, engraved products, or any personalized items
are not eligible for return or exchange.
Shipping costs are
non-refundable, except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects or delivery
damage. In all other cases, shipping expenses in both directions are the
responsibility of the customer.
Returned items must be
sent back in their original box, including all packaging materials and proof of
purchase. The company is not responsible for loss, theft, or mishandling of
returned parcels by third-party shipping services.
Defective or
Damaged Products
If you receive a
product that is damaged or defective, please contact us on the day of delivery

photographs of the packaging and product. We will assist you with further steps
and offer a resolution in accordance with our policy. Depending on the
situation, an exchange or refund may be offered.
How to Initiate a
Return
To begin the return

info@salmanzade.com. You will be required to provide photographs of the product
and packaging. Once we confirm that the item has not been used and remains in
its original condition, we will provide return instructions.
Please carefully
repack the product in its original packaging, including the outer shipping box,
using sufficient protective materials to prevent damage during transit.
After shipping the
return, please contact us with your name, order number, reason for return, and
tracking number.
Once the returned item
has been received and passed quality inspection, the refund will be issued to
the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 4–8 business
days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment
provider.
Shipping and
Regions
We ship to Russia and
Turkey. Delivery to Europe is available; however, delivery times may be
extended due to logistical and customs procedures. Return conditions and
delivery timelines in such cases depend on the shipping route and carrier.
